HTTP Server Status Respose Codes, generally all defined in RFC2616, but additionally RFC4918 (WebDAV), RFC5842 (WebDAV), RFC3229, RFC2817 (WebDAV), RFC6585, RFC2295 (Transparent Content Negotiation)
